Our courses are varied but have included:
- How to work with people on their blocks and barriers, engaging their motivation and natural sense of resourcefulness
- How to ask the powerful questions that challenge and support in equal measure
- How to give feedback in a way that promotes change and dismantles resistance
- Why coaching works as a way of creating engagement in teams and individuals – and how it links with successful organisation performance
These can be supplied on a bespoke basis but we also offer the Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
