Whether you are an established professional who wants to up your game, or a new leader looking forward to a new role, coaching can help you meet the challenge with energy and confidence.
We work with clients on a wide range of issues, including improving personal performance; managing change, conflict, time or stress; influencing (including upwards) and managing performance of others.
All our coaching is totally confidential to the client.
Many of our coaching clients have been so impressed with the results of their coaching that they have wanted to develop their own coaching skills. Our courses are varied but will include:
- How to work with people on their blocks and barriers, engaging their motivation and natural sense of resourcefulness
- How to ask the powerful questions that challenge and support in equal measure
- How to give feedback in a way that promotes change and dismantles resistance
- Why coaching works as a way of creating engagement in teams and individuals – and how it links with successful organisation performance
We provide a range of leadership courses (short and long) and workshops for middle and senior leaders in local authorities, schools and academies. Topics are as diverse as our clients and include using data strategically, developing a whole school approach to communication, using delegation effectively and developing a personal leadership style. In addition to coaching and mentoring, we can also provide practical support for new leaders and those working on challenging improvement plans.
