Linden Learning was established in 2011, initially as a specialist provider of consultancy, training and coaching for the education sector. Still proud to serve colleagues working in early years, schools, settings and universities, Linden Coaching, our coaching service, has expanded and been enriched by working with professionals from across the public and charity sector and the arts.
What all our work has in common is a creative, solution-focused emphasis that distinguishes it from other approaches that obscure or overlook an individual or institution’s potential to be the main source of their improvement. We believe that methods that dictate direction and impose solutions fail to appreciate that any such ‘intervention’ is temporary. We aim to contribute to a process that builds capacity for on-going improvement.
