Trevor Folley is a coach and trainer with 25 years’ experience in the field of education. He started coaching as part of his advisory role in 2003 and steadily increased this element as he recognised his biggest successes came through working alongside people to help them clarify their vision and facilitated them to lead their change.
Trevor’s roles have included Head of Performing Arts in large secondary school, Essex Adviser for pupil motivation and behaviour, Personalisation & Progression Adviser with The National Strategies and Director for School Improvement with Linden Learning.
He is a member of The Association for Coaching and his current coaching clients include leaders from schools situated in Ipswich, Lowestoft, Ely and London. He has delivered training for Unicef UK, The Active Learning Trust, The NLP Academy, Success Factor (Gothenburg), Best Practice Network, many Local authorities and a range of small business enterprises. Trevor is fascinated by the power of communication and is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming and an approved trainer with the International Training Academy of NLP.
