Liz has been coaching for over a decade and has considerable experience working with senior leaders. She is passionate about facilitating positive change in individuals, teams and organisations and is particularly interested in working with people during transition, as they take on more senior roles or as they seek the next challenge.
Liz’s own experience as a senior leader within the media and creative sector has deepened her understanding of just how to work within complex organisations and thrive in competitive environments. She has been responsible for significant change process for the BBC and the wider TV industry and has led departments and teams for UK and international broadcasters. She is an award winning journalist and filmmaker and has worked as a commissioning executive and advised on Broadcast strategy.

Liz holds a Coaching Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is an Action Learning and Creative Development facilitator and a member of the Association for Coaching. Liz trained as an Executive Coach with the BBC and at Ashridge Business School. She has a degree in Film and Drama from Manchester University.
